Time Team hit the bottle!


Barry & Jamie have unearthed a rather strange looking round bottomed bottle from the garden.

Hard to tell if its really old or possible just circa Sodastream 1981. Interesting though.

    Turns out that this bottle is most likely to be a Ginger Beer soda bottle from the late 19th or early 20th century, often known as a 'cucumber bottle'. Our first Rosegarth antique.
